Hague Convention on the Service Abroad of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents in Civil or Commercial Matters ("the Hague Service Convention") when you require the serving of American or Canadian proceedings in the United Kingdom. 

The UK National Process  Servers daily serve U.S. and Canadian documents in all locations in the U.K. We prepare the evidence of service after the legal documents have been served. Once sealed, by our Central Authority, we send the originals that have been professionally served out by courier to your international address. 

If the documents need to be served from outside the UK we are fully equipped to handle the work. Any country that has ratified the Hague Convention will have plans in place for serving the document that has been mutually agreed upon. These are the rules we abide by.
