The main reasons why using a Process Server is crucial...

A court claim must be served lawfully and this is how a process server can help you.

Solicitors, businesses, and members of the public hire us on a regular basis to serve their legal documents.

Then the proof that the document has been served is in the statement or affidavit (that must be sworn) and the process server provides this signed document once the serve has been effected.
